1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of workspacegridpath.digital and to enquiries made through it. Workspacegridpath provides professional app analytics services from 65 Winchester Rd, Mial, IV21 7DS. A paid engagement begins only when both parties accept a separate written proposal or statement of work.
2. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about or enquire into our services. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access, submit malicious material or misrepresent your identity.
3. Proposals and services
Each proposal defines scope, deliverables, assumptions, client responsibilities, fees and timings. You agree to provide lawful access to the agreed data, accurate context and timely feedback. Changes outside scope require written agreement and may affect fees or delivery dates.
4. Analytics limitations
Analysis is based on the data and context available. Findings are professional interpretations, not guarantees of commercial, operational or product outcomes. We identify material limitations we discover, but you remain responsible for decisions made using our work.
5. Fees, ownership and confidentiality
Invoices are payable on the schedule in the proposal. Each party keeps ownership of material it brings to an engagement. Once fees are paid, you may use commissioned deliverables internally for the agreed purpose. We keep our pre-existing methods and templates. Both parties must protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement.
6. Liability and ending an engagement
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, any liability is limited as set out in the accepted proposal. Either party may end an engagement for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable written notice period. Cancellation and refunds are addressed in our refund policy and the relevant proposal.
7. Law and contact
